Meet Regina Speed-Bost
I am a lawyer by training and began working to address diversity issues in the legal profession when I entered private practice in 1998. I have served on or led Diversity Committees for AmLaw 100 and AmLaw 200 law firms since then. My understanding of how law firms work informs my work as a consultant. I focus on the meanings of inclusion and success as each are defined by each organization with which I work.
